Yes, it is between 115-120 years old.

At least 2 OBJ's(Orang Besar Jajahan) were buried here. Sometime in the 1970's, the mosque was about to be torn down. Those days it was in a bad condition. Even the roof was about to crumble. It was saved by the then OBJ(who passed away in 1978 and was buried there) who had encouraged the Perak Islamic Council to maintain the mosque. The old mosque was overhauled and there it stand till today.
