Here’s another pic of the Pavilion which I took some years ago. Compared to the other one in this same section, this shot shows better the old Polo Ground which incidentally is no more as they have built Dewan Jubli Perak there. This Pavilion was built sometime in the 1920s for spectators to watch polo being played at the adjacent field. There used to be a clubhouse nearby belonging to the Iskandar Polo Club but it was burnt down in the 1950s. I remember seeing the burnt clubhouse when I was walking to school one morning.
