hello wanamril, good to see you posting here :-) This photo is meant to represent both the KE primary and secondary schools. I have a couple of shots of the secondary school but I don't like them. Therefore I did not put them up here. So hello to all former KE students, whether from primary or secondary, please feel free to post your stories/experiences under this pic :-)

Hi Kayes
Born and Bred in Taiping and An old Edwardian from primary to Secondary. This new section of Taiping Talk.com/Photo Gallery is great and it bring back all the old memories of my life in Taiping and my school days as well. The only phot is missing is my old memory of KE Vll Secondary School Hope you can include a photo of the school in the near future. From this comments I hope to contact old friends and girls friends of Taiping.

ahhh... kevii primary 1...
and that used to be my classroom, std 4A in 1976 downstairs, while upstairs was my std 6A classroom in 1978...
lots of memories here... been here from std 1 (1973) till std 6 (1978)...
had an accident during my first year here (std 1)... hit the window leaf of the school office on the head, got 2 stitches on the right eye brow... can still remember it clearly... as if it happens yesterday...

yes sir that's my class downstairs std 2a ke primary ii 1964 afternoon session. i can"t remember my class teacher but i remember very well mr khoo kai bee the head master who used to roam around the school with a cane behind his back after recess time is over. by the way i"m jamil nuruddin studied here in primary ii from 1963 to 1968. i"ll try to post pictures of my school days

Yes. The badminton hall is the best in Taiping. Boom Boom sound when smashing. Also remembered we have to run up and down the stairs for badminton training. Huffing and Puffing. Good memories practicing with the Convent girls as well.  Go Tigers!

Studied in KE VII secondary school from 1980-1983 (Form 4 to Upper 6).
