Hi Kayes
This is such a wonderful Building, a right piece of Art, and so pleasing to the eye, I realy like the scroll and pannel work as it puts the finnishing touches to the building.

Royal Museum Bukit Chandan is also known as Istana Lembah (Valley Palace) or Istana Tepas (Bamboo Palace). It was built without the use of any nail and the only Malay Palace with bamboo walls, hence the name Istana Tepas. Beautiful piece of art. In fact, the entire Bukit Chandan is a lovely place. If you walk or take a slow drive around this area, you will definitely fall in love with this place. Majestic towering trees (like the one shown in Kayes's pic.) and well kept landscape with slight slope make this place so tranquil and serene that you want to visit Bukit Chandan again and again .....
