One of my favourite orchid, the Oncidium which are better known as the Dancing Ladies. With a little imagination it is easy to see why. The large frilled lip is the skirt and the small outstretched petals the arms of the dancing girl with the dorsal sepal as the head! And there you are, a bevy of beautiful dancing ladies swaying gently in the breeze.

The Dancing Ladies or Dancing Queens that I know of are of light yellow colour. Thanks for the infor. Love those yellow Dancing Queens more! Smile
