Hello Kayes,
There is a road nearer to the hotel that runs parallel to the one beside the lake. If there is the case, does it make the hotel face the junction/road directly?
The lake looks beautiful even though the pic. was taken from a distance. Good skills you have. Did you open the hotel room window as I don't see any balcony?

Orange, the new road that runs past the hotel has an interesting name, "Jalan Samanea Saman" meaning "Rain Tree Road". I can see that vandals have been at work already. The hotel windows cannot be opened and so I shot through the glass.

Orange, I am not sure what you mean by "face the junction" but here is another pic. Does it make things clearer?

Ha ha!! Is Lake Garden a good place to repent?!
The crystal clear lake, trees, hills and the reflections on the lake were professionally captured through the hotel closed glass window. Kudos to Kayes! It's a good pic. for the hotel's advertising dept. to promote their hotel.
Kayes, you are right. The hotel is very near a junction which has a tiny roundabout. Thanks for those pics.
Personally I don't fancy this road name. In fact, Jalan Pokok Hujan-hujan is a better choice. With name like this we would always remember Taiping Lake Garden - how the trees' leaves close whenever it rains. And it always rains in Taiping .....

Hello Kayes,
Sharp pic. you have taken through the hotel window, thanks.
By looking at the pics. that were taken from the hotel room, Flemington Hotel is a perfect choice if we want to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air of the Taiping Lake Garden at any time of the day. Was this pic. taken in the afternoon?
